Job summary

FEPA Malaysia is seeking a diligent machine operator to prepare machinery and equipment for operation, start up machines, and adjust for optimal performance.

You will perform tasks according to work instructions, operate equipment per procedures, troubleshoot issues, conduct basic maintenance, ensure quality control, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery and equipment for operation.
• Start up machines and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the work instructions and job sheets.
• Operate machines and equipment according to established procedures and instructions.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic maintenance activities.
• Perform quality control in accordance with reporting procedures and record-keeping requirements, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations and company safety procedures.
• Clean machines and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
