Responsibilities

• 1. Oversee and manage the logistical aspects of transportation and guide arrangement.
• 2. Assist in coordinating and supervising the activities of drivers and guides.
• 3. Keep track of vehicle availability and ensure that there are enough vehicles to accommodate the transportation needs of tourists.
• 4. Assist in managing the transportation fleet, which include buses, vans, boats, or other vehicles used for transportation.
• 5. Schedule vehicle and boat maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure their safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
• 6. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and licensing requirements specific.
• 7. Collaborate with the operations team, tour guides, and other department or stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between transportation and the activities.
• 8. Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and report.
• 9. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
• 10. Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and suggest solutions.
