Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day cooked food supply operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to food quality and safety standards.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cooked food supply business, ensuring smooth service delivery, client satisfaction, food quality and safety, while maintaining effective cost and purchasing controls.
Oversee daily operations and ensure food supply and service requirements are delivered efficiently and consistently.
Monitor client orders and demand forecasts to ensure proper production planning and purchasing.
Control food cost, purchasing expenses and operational costs against orders and budget.
Supervise and coordinate the Purchasing team in sourcing food ingredients, supplies and services from suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, availability and timely delivery.
Manage and maintain good working relationships with clients and act as the key point of contact for operational matters.
Handle and resolve client issues relating to menu supply, food quality, food safety, hygiene, service delivery, manpower and other operational concerns.
Monitor food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards across food preparation and dining areas.
Coordinate with internal teams to address manpower, logistics, procurement and operational issues.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement, cost savings and greater efficiency.
Diploma/Degree in F&B Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, food supply, purchasing or related industries.
Experience in managing food costs, purchasing and supplier relationships is highly preferred.
Experience dealing directly with clients and handling operational issues is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving and cost-control skills.
Able to manage multiple operations and teams independently.
Willing to travel between operational sites when required.
