Job summary

Tenaga Cekap Management is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. You will work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements include 2–3 years in operations, at least SPM, the ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, and openness to fresh graduates. The role offers a supportive environment, training, annual leave, bonuses, and annual education sponsorship.

Qualifications

2–3 years of working experience in operation
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia

Self-starter with good presentation and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

Supervise all cleaning staff and ensure standards of cleanliness and behavior on duty
Review work schedules and monitor cleaning and manpower activities
Order cleaning materials and manage supplies
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
Prepare reports on site cleanliness and manpower activities
Coordinate with cleaners and staff; develop SOPs and checklists

Responsibility

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

To supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty
Reviewing work schedules
Ordering of cleaning materials
Monitoring of all cleaning and manpower activities
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Preparing complete report on checked cleaning and manpower site.
Send and fetch cleaner
Develop sop & checklist
Send material & equipment
