Job summary

Smart Quay Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a cleaning supervisor to recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaners, including local and foreign staff.

You will coordinate scheduling through apps and uphold high cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales and marketing to maintain standards and punctuality while ensuring health and safety compliance for foreign workers. A performance bonus and allowances are available, and a company trip may be offered upon

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cleaning related fields.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all departments.
• Health and safety standards expertise.
• Strong organizational, time management and being a team player.
