Job summary

Oriental Sheet Piling Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail‑driven professional to own the order‑to‑cash cycle, prepare costing summaries, coordinate invoicing and delivery orders, and manage logistics with suppliers and contractors.

You will work cross‑functionally with sales, operations and finance to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliant reporting in a multinational environment. A degree and 3+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of related working experiences.
• Experiences in Operation, Logistics or Customer service in steel industry advantageous.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• MS Office and MS Dynamics AX system knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for order to cash processing upon receiving sales requirements/order.
• Prepare and update costing summaries, arrange order processing, inventory control.
• Invoicing and delivery orders for project sales and leasing orders.
• Coordinate logistics with providers, contractors and suppliers and monitor shipments.
• Credit controller duties in credit processing, collection and recovery.
• Prepare and update activity progress and other reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the order to cash processing upon receiving the sales requirements/order;
• Includes preparation and updates of costing summary, arrangement of order processing, inventory control;
• Invoicing, delivery order for project sales and leasing orders;
• Logistics arrangement includes liaison with logistics provider, contractors, suppliers, keep close follow through on shipment arrangement;
• Perform role as Credit Controller in credit processing, collection and credit recovery;
• Preparation and updates on activity progress and other assigned reporting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent;
• At least 3 year(s) of related working experiences;
• Experiences in Operation, Logistics (import/export/custom clearance and regulations) or Customer service especially steel industry will be an added advantage;
• Self-motivated individual that possess good interpersonal skill, customer oriented with good presentation skill and a team player;
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Demonstrate good verbal and written English communication;
• Technical sound in MS Office, MS Dynamics AX System or related integrated system will be advantageous;
