MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented operator to support financial operations, reconciliation, and transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist customers via chat, handle rate updates and maintain transaction logs, with training provided and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or higher.
• Language: Mandarin and English proficiency for regional chat inquiries.
• Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications (Google Docs, MS Excel, Gmail).
• Shift: Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations & Reconciliation: Ensure bank balances reconcile with internal records and monitor budget allocations within bank limits.
• Transaction Execution: Execute financial transactions per marketing team instructions and coordinate with finance teams across currencies.
• Customer Support: Resolve application-related customer inquiries via chat.
• Operational Accuracy: Maintain accuracy in rate updates and transaction logs.

Job description

Financial Operations & Reconciliation: Ensure bank account opening balances accurately reconcile with internal records and monitor budget allocations within bank account limits.

Transaction Execution: Execute precise financial transactions based on marketing team instructions and coordinate seamlessly with finance teams across various currency groups.

Customer Support: Resolve application-related customer inquiries promptly through chat-based communication.

Operational Accuracy: Maintain strict attention to detail when managing rate updates and transaction logs.

Requirements

Education: Minimum SPM qualification or higher (Fresh Graduates are warmly welcomed to apply!).

Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English (to support regional chat inquiries).

Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications (Google Docs, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.) alongside strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule (changes weekly).

Bonus: Prior experience in operations or customer support is a plus; immediate starters prioritized.
