Job summary

Intercontinental Specialty Fats Sdn Bhd (ISF) is seeking an experienced Tank Farm & Shipment Operations Lead to oversee all operations related to storage tanks, shipment imports/exports, and dispatch/receiving palm oil. The role requires daily planning, rigorous monitoring of quantity and quality, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tank farm operations and shipment handling.
• Monitor storage, dispatch/receiving palm oil, and overall tanks management.
• Plan daily operations and monitor execution to meet schedules.
• Ensure quantity and quality of all incoming/outgoing/production oil meet customer requirements.
• Prepare daily receiving, storage, and production quantity reports; maintain accuracy.
• Maintain storage planning aligned with shipment and inbound planning.
• Ensure tank farm equipment measurements and QMS documentation are up to date; train staff on safety.

Job description

Responsible for all aspects of operation in Tank Farm & Shipment;

Manage operation of storage tank, shipment import/export, dispatch/receiving palm oil and manage tank farm requirement;

To monitor planning for operation on daily basis;

To closely monitor quantity dan quality of incoming, outgoing and production oil in order to meet an confirms to customer's requirement;

Daily reporting of receiving quantity, daily storage quantity, production quantity;

Ensure the storage planning in well maintained accordance to shipment and incoming planning;

Monthly stock report & shipment report: store tank calculation report;

Ensure an efficient and accurate measurement for all Tank Farm equipment, QMS documentation being manage, controlled and up to date;

Ensure all Tank Farm (operation) staff's trained and aware of Safety etc.

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Engineering in Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Manufacturing, Business Administration or related fields;

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications:

Minimum 3 years working experience related to operation;

High developed sense of integrity and commitment;
