Job summary

ETC Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a capable operations supervisor to manage site cleaning activities across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes coordinating housekeeping teams, ensuring cleaning standards, and delivering reliable, high-quality service to clients. You will lead planning, budgeting, and cost estimation, develop SOPs, monitor KPI performance, and mentor staff to uphold safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning or related service industry.
• Good understanding of cleaning services, including company cleaning standards and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prepare cost and budget analyses and estimate project operating costs.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Company’s Operation activities for all the sites assigned under his/her care. This includes co-ordinates with housekeeping teams and conducted inspection for all the assigned sites to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Abilities to manage priorities and demands and solve problems, support staff, as well as perform the duties of a supervisor when required.
• Establish and/or implement operation procedure and standards, and general QHSE management and monitoring and ensure all sites KPI’s are achieved
• Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisor/team leader and their crew
• Coordinate inspection and inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standard are met.
• Review detail scope of work scope as specified in the Service Agreement with client.
• Setting up new contract requirement, including time estimates, staffing, materials, equipment and costs.
• Consistently presents ETC Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd and its services in a positive manner to the client.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of employees; effectively recommends personnel actions related to selection, disciplinary procedures, performance, training, and development, leaves of absence, grievance to Human Resource Department.
• Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management from time to time.
