Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client engagements to ensure satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and minimize complaints.
• Coordinate and manage cross-project teams, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, attendance, deadlines, and training.
• Lead project deliverables and supervise team members to ensure all work meets established quality standards.
• Monitor and administer project costs to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
• Establish and enforce operational policies and documentation in strict alignment with ISO standards.
• Maintain complete oversight of assigned sites to ensure smooth operations and minimize client complaints.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and proper equipment usage across all active sites.
• Collaborate with HR and management on payroll data, claims, operational reports, and administrative needs.
• Provide flexible operational leadership, stepping in for ad-hoc tasks, staff motivation, or specialized cleaning and disinfection when needed.
