Job summary

Lemon Living Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a dedicated trainer/supervisor to lead hands-on cleaning training across sites. You will demonstrate techniques, ensure SOP compliance, and mentor staff to maintain high cleaning standards.

Ideal candidates have background in cleaning services or related fields, strong teaching skills, and willingness to travel for on-site sessions, with Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as advantageous assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, facility management or related field.
• Previous experience as a trainer or supervisor is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of professional cleaning methods, tools and equipment.
• Good understanding of cleaning SOP and workplace safety.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Patient, responsible and able to work with different types of employees.
• Willing to conduct hands-on and on-site training.
• Able to travel to different sites when required.
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin communication skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and procedures.
• Demonstrate cleaning techniques, equipment and proper use of cleaning products.
• Train employees according to company cleaning SOP and service standards.
• Conduct practical and on-site training when required.
• Train staff on proper handling and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ensure employees understand workplace safety and proper cleaning practices.
• Monitor trainees’ performance and provide feedback and guidance.
• Assist in evaluating employees' cleaning skills and work quality.
• Prepare simple training materials, checklists and training records.
• Conduct refresher training when required.
• Support the Operations Team in improving cleaning quality and service standards.
