Job summary

GOPIN SDN BHD in Selangor is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at client sites. The role offers a basic salary of RM2,000 with commission, rewards, and incentives, plus a car allowance and travel allowance.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day, with office location in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Applicants must have a driving license and own vehicle, be willing to travel to various cleaning sites, and capable of training cleaners and

• Strong problem solving skills with cleaners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across general, post-reno and upholstery tasks.
• Train and guide cleaners to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate schedules and travel to multiple cleaning sites.
• Maintain timely completion of tasks and handle client communications.

Position: Cleaning Supervisor
up to RM4,000 Salary + Commission + Reward + Incentives + KWSP
Basic Salary RM2,000
Commission 3%-5%
Rewards RM200
Car Allowance RM200/quarter
