Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a diligent team member to manage pawn operations at our Kuala Lumpur branch. You will process daily pawn transactions accurately, assist customers with pawning, redemption, and renewals, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

You'll verify documents, handle cash, maintain records, keep the branch tidy, deliver friendly service, and support branch operations under the Branch Manager.

• Assist customers with pawning, redemption, renewal, and related enquiries.
• Verify customer documents and transaction details.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company SOPs and policies.
• Ensure proper safekeeping of pledged items and documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the branch.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
• Support branch operations and perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
