Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a tenancy coordinator to liaise with shopping malls on tenancy-related matters and manage communications and renewals. Note: Jora Malaysia will close on 9 September 2026.

You will coordinate shop renovations, act as the main contact between the company and malls, and assist with documentation and banking matters as needed to ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with shopping mall management on all tenancy-related matters
• Handle and respond to emails, letters, and documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up on tenancy agreements, rental matters, and renewal processes
• Coordinate shop renovation, maintenance, and handover processes
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and shopping malls
• Liaise with company secretary on company documentation and banking-related matters via email and follow-ups
• Ensure all mall-related requirements, procedures, and deadlines are met
