Job summary

Qualitas Health in Malaysia is seeking a Clinical Operations professional to provide comprehensive clinical and operational support across ACC, GP Clinic and Dental Clinic under a one-roof service model. The role encompasses direct patient care, preoperative and postoperative tasks, infection control and emergency support, with rotation across functions to meet operational needs.

You will assist doctors and clinical teams, manage patient flow, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Provide clinical support across ACC, GP Clinic and Dental Clinic.
• Rotate between departments/clinics based on manpower and operational requirements.
• Assist doctors, nurses and clinical teams with procedures and patient care.
• Prepare Operating Theatre, instruments and equipment for procedures/surgery.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including monitoring vital signs and patient comfort.
• Maintain infection control, sterilisation and clinical safety standards.
• Assist during emergency situations when required.
• Ensure clinical equipment, instruments and supplies are properly prepared and available.
• Support smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
• Provide manpower support to other clinic functions when required.
• Assist with patient registration, queue management and patient flow when needed.
• Support stock checking, preparation of clinical supplies and basic clinic housekeeping.
• Assist other team members during peak periods or manpower shortages.
• Cover or support other branches/departments when required by Management.
• Attend and support company, clinic and community events as required.
• Assist with health screening, medical activities and clinical support during events.
• Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, health programmes and promotional activities.
• Assist with patient/customer engagement activities when required.
• Assist with new initiatives, projects and special assignments.
• Support audits, inspections, campaigns and company programmes.
• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager, doctors or Management according to operational requirements.
