This full-time position reports to the Business Operations Manager MY/SG and collaborates closely with solution design and project management to deliver effective software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Exposure to intralogistics processes is a must-have.
• Familiarity with networks and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand business, software and system requirements.
• Analyse and define software configuration based on project requirement.
• Lead and implement software setup, configuration and rules according to project requirement.
• Document all software application requirements, including process flow & design, implementation and testing to standards.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve issues and guide on software-related matters.
• During and post-implementation, diagnose errors/bugs and provide fixes.
• Participate in testing and commissioning at customer sites.
