Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner in Kuala Lumpur to develop, monitor, and control schedules for public buildings and infrastructure projects. You will draft using AutoCAD, plan with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and coordinate with engineers, PMs, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years of project planning experience, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to perform CPM analysis and manage progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align schedules with project deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions
• Perform critical path analysis and resource planning
• Track project milestones, costs, and productivity metrics
• Ensure all drawings and schedules comply with project specifications and standards
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation
• Support tendering, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Conduct site visits when required to verify actual progress vs planned
