Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT-related industries.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English with good communication.
• Willing to travel and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Willing to travel to data centers and customer sites for break fix and projects.
• Coordinate with team members to meet SLA requirements.
• Follow server maintenance guides and maintenance SOP rules.
• Communicate with onsite engineers and management.
• Be flexible and ready for urgent matters.
• Work closely with internal departments.
• Handle and ensure timely processing of arrangements.
• Willing to work on shift and standby.
• Basic IT project management for servers and network equipment installation.
• Stock management for parts and equipment.
