Job summary

Rahi Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking an on-site Security Support specialist to monitor customer data centers and warehouse spaces.

You will conduct daily site walks, diagnose security hardware issues, and report findings for escalation. This role requires strong communication and hands-on troubleshooting in a data center environment. You will participate in safety audits, support high value rack moves, and serve as a primary responder for security incidents, with 100% on-site coverage and no remote

Qualifications

• Ability to work with multiple cross‑functional teams such as Data Center Ops, Logistics, Safety, XOC.
• Willingness to flex schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience operating in a Data Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Security Support in data centers and related spaces.
• Conduct daily site walks and diagnose security hardware issues with escalation as needed.
• Perform inspections of critical spaces like Data Halls and Storage Rooms.
• Document findings and report security/safety incidents.
• Assist with high value rack moves and deployments as security oversight.
• Support site safety compliance and report violations.
• Participate in data center infrastructure audits and SOP development.
• Serve as primary responder for security incidents on site.
• Maintain 100% on-site support with no remote work.
