Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Security Management, Engineering, Electronics, Network, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in security operations or related technical support.
• Experience with CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, badge systems, visitor management, or security monitoring tools.
• Able to work onsite in Johor Bahru and support shift, weekend, or after-hours work.
• Good documentation and incident reporting skills, and coordination with vendors and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day security operations within the data centre facility.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and visitor management.
• Ensure site access activities follow approved security procedures.
• Assist incident response, investigation, reporting, and escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and client representatives.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident records, and daily activity reports.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to physical security.
• Work with RSOC/security monitoring team for escalation and updates.
