Job summary

Dtcpay, a MAS licensed payment service provider, is seeking a reliable Tech Support Engineer to ensure day-to-day stability of our cloud-based systems. You will monitor production environments, respond to incidents, and collaborate with engineering and ops teams to resolve issues.

This onsite role requires strong monitoring knowledge, experience with Linux and AWS, and excellent documentation practices. You will participate in post-incident reviews and help drive continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting production systems in cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring/logging tools and incident management.
• Experience with Grafana/OpenSearch and cloud platforms; ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and applications to ensure stability and availability using established monitoring tools.
• Respond to incidents in a timely manner and perform initial root cause analysis.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure clear handovers when needed.
• Provide timely technical support to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions clearly.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
