GINTELL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a customer service and sales support specialist to respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger and social media DM. No cold calling is required; you will follow up with interested leads and arrange showroom visits.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or online support, strong written and verbal communication, and a positive, target-driven attitude to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and strong written expression ability.
