Job summary

Sunlight Galaxy Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent on-site team member to manage product listings and fulfill orders for popular e-commerce platforms in Malaysia. You will communicate with customers, answer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery updates while coordinating with warehouses and courier partners.

The role supports online campaigns and promotions, requiring basic English and keen attention to detail. This is ideal for candidates with SPM or diploma and a can-do, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Basic English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload product listings to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
• Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Chat with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on order statuses, tracking, and delivery updates.
