This role involves close supervision and learning on the job. Candidates with 1–4 years in Malaysia pharma or MedTech are preferred; oncology experience is a must, and pharmacy freshers or pharmacists can also be considered.

• 1-4 years of experience in Malaysia pharma or medtech preferred
• Experience in Oncology is a must

Responsibilities

• Supports the attainment of established sales goals and market share objectives.
• Applies knowledge of sales processes, product portfolio, and customers to improve outcomes.
• Evaluates basic customer, procedural and marketplace data with cross-functional teams to improve solutions.
• Drafts sales reports and documents as needed.
• Develops knowledge of the market to support the Oncology/Hematology sales team.
• Addresses less complex technical issues and simple customer requests.
• Aligns with Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership imperatives in day-to-day interactions.
