AstraZeneca in Malaysia is seeking a healthcare sales professional to engage KOLs and drive oncology product adoption across designated territory. You’ll influence prescribing behaviour, build strong customer relationships, and strive to exceed sales targets in hospitals and clinics.

You should have a science degree and interest or experience in pharmaceutical sales. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Degree in science (Bachelor or Master) from a top university.
• Experience or keen interest in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare industries.

Responsabilidades

• Implement sales strategy and tactics to achieve targets.
• Develop territory plan and allocate resources for impact.
• Build strong customer relationships and enlist hospitals and clinics by planned date.
• Conduct market/competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the territory.
• Monitor territory business plan to optimize resource allocation and potential.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase product awareness.
• Update territory segmentation and call records continuously.
• Deliver key promotional messages according to plan.
• Check stock and advise on customer inventories.
• Explore and expand new customer base.
• Submit monthly reports and monitor deviations from the business plan.
• Ensure timely reporting and ETMS Veeva synchronization.
• Monitor sales transactions to identify irregular patterns.
• Develop competencies per the Medical Representative Competency framework.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product and sales training.
• Identify development needs with line manager.
