Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Oncology Product Specialist, located in Penang. Builds plans to grow GU portfolio sales in major hospitals and clinics, with regular customer visits and tailored sales presentations.

Excellent communication and resilience are essential in this role. Minimum education is a university/bachelor's degree with 1–10 years of hospital or specialty product sales experience; pharmacist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds a plan to achieve objectives for Oncology products (GU portfolio) through sales and servicing of multiple large and/or key hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare customers in a prescribed territory.
• Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers. Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
• Makes regular visits to customer locations to assemble information on orders and market conditions.
• Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
• Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
• Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Provides input to sales forecast.
• Relays relevant market information to management. Identifies potential impacts to business.
