Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in science or engineering or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
- Experience in sales or service of scientific/capital equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and field service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.
- Troubleshoot, service and repair on-site.
- Provide high-level technical support or training at customer sites.
- Prepare quotations and clarify technical specifications with customers.
- Handle field service calls and required paperwork promptly.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions.
- Travel nationwide or worldwide to meet manufacturers/customers.
