Job summary

SPD Scientific (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist in Malaysia to drive sales, deliver product updates, and provide clinical support across theatre and hospital departments. The role requires proactive engagement with specialists and nursing staff to meet territory targets.

You will execute sales plans, manage stock and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service in a permanent, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, productivity and performances targets of assigned portfolio within a given territory.
• Execute sales and marketing plan/activities to ensure the company’s sales achievement is maximized.
• Regular contact with key specialists, nurses, and technical staff.
• Conduct in-services and provide regular product update to ensure customers are technically competent.
• Provide clinical support, education and training to theatre staff and staff in other hospital departments.
• Inventory control and management of stock consignment, including expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
