Job summary

Nursery Hong Soon Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to lead structural and civil construction activities. You will supervise concrete works, reinforcement, and formwork while ensuring drawings and quality standards are met, and you will coordinate site workers and subcontractors to maintain daily progress.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant site experience, ability to read architectural/structural drawings, knowledge of reinforcement and formwork,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site construction experience.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiar with reinforcement, formwork and concrete works.
• Able to work independently and manage site workers.
• Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork and structural construction works.
• Ensure all site works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate site workers and subcontractors and monitor daily work progress.
• Prepare daily site progress updates and report any site issues to management promptly.
