ROBO Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for high-performance machinery solutions on-site. You will prospect and qualify leads, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while developing sales plans and managing key accounts.

You will collaborate with technical and operations teams, track performance, forecast revenue, and represent ROBO Group at events and client meetings in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales within industrial machinery
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and on-site work in Kuala Lumpur

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for high-performance machinery solutions.
• Qualify leads, prepare proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans, manage key accounts and identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs and ensure successful delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, forecast revenue, and represent ROBO Group at events and client meetings.
