Job summary

TMK Construction & Transport Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily roads and infrastructure works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress on site.

You will read drawings, supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain site records, complying with SOPs and HSE requirements.

Applicants should have at least SPM or a diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driving license. Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Reading construction drawings, specifications and site instructions.
• Ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors and plant operators on site.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel for smooth execution.
• Maintain site records, attendance, materials usage and daily activities.
