• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in people operations, employee relations, project coordination, manpower management, or outsourcing operations.
• Experience supporting on-site project teams or managing outsourced employees is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with data tracking and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily workforce operations of the on-site project team, including employee relations and personnel coordination.
• Manage daily attendance tracking, leave records, overtime records, and related approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations and offboarding.
• Support communication between on-site team, management and clients; provide regular workforce updates and manage operational risks.
