Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project coordinator to plan, execute and coordinate assigned projects both in-house and on-site in Johor. The role involves preparing schedules, drawings, and resources, and coordinating with customers, departments, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a professional certificate or diploma in an engineering field, good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD, and is willing to travel with own transport. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Planning, executing and coordinating projects (in-house/site).
• Excellent time, cost and quality awareness.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and coordinate assigned projects (in-house/site).
• Prepare project schedules, documentations, engineering drawings and resources planning.
• Coordinate with departments, customers, main/sub-contractors and project teams.
• Assist with project planning and on-site management to meet budget, schedule and quality.
• Oversee daily project activities and report to head of department.
• Ensure successful project completion and handover to customer.
