Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting of construction and engineering projects. This role offers fresh graduates a practical entry into project schedules, resources, technical coordination, and progress reporting.

You will work with project and site teams to collect, maintain and update project data covering design, labour, materials, and costs, while contributing to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and maintain project records.
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn in a site-based environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project plans and schedules.
• Collect and maintain accurate project data for reporting.
• Assist in preparing labor, materials, machinery, costs, and resource schedules.
• Track progress against milestones and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Identify potential risks and escalate to project lead.
• Prepare regular project updates and schedule revisions.
• Maintain clear project records and data updates.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and coordination processes.
