Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of relevant site supervision or engineering project execution experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Capable of coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials and site activities to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering projects to meet timelines.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications and scope of work.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, drafters, production team and site personnel.
• Assist in engineering design, technical calculations, equipment selection and drawings review.
• Monitor project schedules, material requirements, work progress and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, measurements, inspections and progress checks.
• Supervise and coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Follow up with procurement, suppliers and production to ensure readiness.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates and coordination support.
• Identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and update project documents, progress reports and handover documents.
