Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree, technical training in customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in order management and SAP is a MUST.
• Driven to deliver excellent customer satisfaction with the ability to solve customer problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational and analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset.
• Ability to coach and lead the team towards ONETEAM and adhere to policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for end-to-end Order to Cash via phone, email, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to provide timely information.
• Partner with sales and customer service to satisfy customer needs.
• Serve as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure Pall’s policies and procedures are current and complied with.
• Coach/mentor associates in career development.
• Lead continuous improvement as part of Danaher Core Behavior.
