Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team in the Pall PJ facility, Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end order processing and customer inquiries, coordinating with sales, operations and supply chain to ensure timely, accurate responses.

The role requires a college degree or technical training in customer service, strong English communication, and a proven ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical training in customer service or equivalent experience.
• Experience with order management and SAP is required.
• Strong customer focus with ability to handle high-demand, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Organizational and analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to coach and lead a team toward ONETEAM goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash processes via phone, email and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, operations and supply chain for timely information.
• Partner with sales and customer service to meet customer needs.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalations as the point person.
• Ensure Pall policies are followed and compliant.
• Coach and mentor associates in career development.
• Promote continuous improvement as part of Danaher Core Behavior.
