Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor for its on-site team in Malaysia (PJ, Selangor). You will lead a team handling end-to-end Order to Cash, coordinating with sales, operations and supply chain to deliver timely, accurate responses to customers.

Key requirements include SAP and order-management knowledge, strong English communication, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical training in customer service or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of order management and SAP is a must.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates responsible for end-to-end Order to Cash process via phone, email and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, operations and supply chain for timely information.
• Partner with sales and customer service to satisfy customer needs.
• Serve as point person for complex inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure Pall policies and procedures are followed and compliant.
• Coach and mentor associates in career development.
