Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to prepare and monitor M&E documentation and coordinate with subcontractors on-site. The role requires reviewing drawings, guiding shop drawings, and ensuring quality and adherence to project schedules.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams, conduct daily site inspections, and handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by the project manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor M&E documentation.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure technical submittal and shop drawing requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and standard of works and installations are adhered to drawings.
• Monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site per schedule.
• Study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the project manager.
