Job summary

Temokin Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven M&E Engineer to lead mechanical and electrical systems for building projects in Malaysia. You’ll manage HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and lighting work on-site, coordinating with civil, structural and architectural teams to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on M&E experience, strong CAD/BIM skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on M&E experience in building construction projects.
• Solid know-how in HVAC, electrical, plumbing & fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E drawings and specs to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
• Coordinate with civil, structural & architectural teams to avoid clashes.
• Supervise on-site installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems.
• Review shop drawings, submittals and documents from subcontractors.
• Lead testing & commissioning to ensure systems are ready for handover.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals, inspections and certifications.
