You will be the main contact for local IT matters, handling end-user support, device management, and local infrastructure activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English in professional communication.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with end-user devices and service desk basics.
• ITSM familiarity is a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Log and track requests via the ITSM platform and update users.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute solutions to the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex incidents while maintaining ownership of user experience.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Procure, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Manage lifecycle of local IT equipment and ensure security compliance.
• Monitor local infrastructure and support data-centre operations.
• Support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement efforts.
