Job summary

Responsibilities

Carry out daily maintenance of common properties
Attend to emergency breakdown of services and restore normal operation
Ensure maintenance and repair services by contractors comply with contract terms
Coordinate with PM HQ and on-site staff on property management issues
Supervise and verify routine activities of service contractors
Provide regular feedback on service contractor performance
Conduct daily routine site inspections
Monitor tenant compliance with in-house rules
Respond to, record, and follow up on tenant complaints
