Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Order Management Specialist (ERP & Inventory) to join an on-site team in Puncak Alam. You will support ERP data entry, inventory control and order fulfilment across the full order-to-delivery cycle.

Duties include ERP system setup, data accuracy, stock checks, coordinating logistics, and collaboration with sales and logistics teams. Diploma or higher is required, with experience in Unleashed and Microsoft ERP and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Experience with Unleashed and Microsoft ERP is essential.
• Strong Excel skills for statistics and reporting; high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP initialisation, product file creation, order workflows and daily warehouse administration.
• Enter, update and validate order, inventory, item and logistics data in ERP systems with high accuracy.
