Job summary

Bnq is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in a similar construction position. Strong leadership, communication skills and familiarity with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure all work follows project plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and quality to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors and workers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports and site docs.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
