Job summary

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor construction works to meet schedule and quality.
Prepare method statements, work programmes, site reports and technical documentation.
Monitor progress, manpower, materials and site resources.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
Assist Project Manager in planning, cost control and coordination.
Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
