SAVERBRO is seeking a Computer Technician in Kota Kinabalu to diagnose hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and repair desktops and laptops. The role is full-time and on-site, responsibilities include OS/app installations, system testing, and ensuring security for clients.

You will provide user support, document work, and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong technical support skills for end users.
• Computer maintenance incl. preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting and computer repair to identify faults and complete repairs.
• OS knowledge: installation, configuration, updates, basic security.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Networking fundamentals, antivirus and backup solutions familiarity.
• Relevant IT certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
