Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in G-code programming and CNC software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Hands-on experience in milling operations, tooling selection and setup.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and cycle-time reduction.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering blueprints and select tools and cutting parameters.
• Set up milling and machining operations, and run tests to validate processes.
• Troubleshoot programming and production issues to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize workflows.
• Maintain documentation for programs and workflow and ensure quality.
