Job summary

V.S. INDUSTRY BERHAD is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to support machine setup, troubleshoot issues, and optimize milling processes at our Senai, Johor facility.

You will create and modify CNC programs, select tools and parameters, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve cycle times while maintaining part quality. Candidate should have strong reading of drawings and at least five years in CNC machining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC part machining.
• Experience with CAM software such as Siemens NX (UG) or Cimatron.
• Good knowledge of CNC milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Support CNC machine setup and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC machining programs.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining strategies, and cutting parameters.
• Optimize machining cycle times while maintaining part quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with machinists and engineers to ensure efficient and smooth production.
