RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an AI Solution Delivery Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to own the final delivery steps from product to customer environment. You will scope POCs, deploy environments, and train users at live sites across Malaysia and ASEAN.

You will work hands-on, connecting customer data sources, configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting outcomes. This role requires strong technical skills, English proficiency, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise software delivery, solution implementation, technical consulting, or system integration.
• Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs, log reading, basic scripting (Python or similar), and Linux / cloud environments.
• Experience running customer‑facing technical projects: scoping, planning, managing expectations, handling issues, and driving acceptance.
• Ability to work with imperfect customer data and IT environments, and to find pragmatic paths forward.
• Clear communication skills in English for technical topics with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites in Malaysia, with occasional travel elsewhere in ASEAN.

Responsabilidades

• POC & Pilot Delivery: define POC scope, success criteria, data requirements, timeline, and responsibilities; plan and execute POCs and pilots for AI+Energy and AI+Education products.
• Data Access & System Integration: assess data availability and quality; implement data access via APIs, database connections, file exchange, or export mechanisms; build and maintain data mappings and integration docs.
• Deployment & Environment Management: deploy and configure product environments (cloud or on-prem); manage setup, upgrades, baselines; ensure security and access controls.
• Customer Enablement & Support: prepare user documentation and training materials; deliver onboarding sessions; provide first-line support during POC/pilot; triage issues.
• Feedback to Product & R&D: capture localization gaps, usability issues, data problems; feed back as prioritized input; verify fixes in customer environments.
• Delivery Playbook: codify delivery experience into checklists, runbooks, templates, and estimation baselines.
