Job summary

Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad is seeking an Administration Officer to handle administrative and operational matters across oil palm estates, collect and compile data, and prepare management reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, attention to detail, willingness to travel across Sarawak, and a diploma or degree in business/management. Fresh graduates welcome; driving licence may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Plantation Management, Accounting, Data Analysis or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel extensively to oil palm estates throughout Sarawak.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Experience in plantation or oil palm estate operations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and operational matters relating to oil palm estates.
• Collect, compile and analyse estate data to support management decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, summaries and performance analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with estate management and relevant departments to ensure timely submission of information and completion of assigned tasks.
• Review estate records and data to identify discrepancies, trends and operational issues, and provide recommendations where appropriate.
• Conduct regular visits to oil palm estates to verify information, follow up on operational matters and assess the implementation of management instructions.
• Maintain proper records and documentation relating to estate administration and operations.
• Travel extensively to oil palm estates throughout Sarawak as required.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
